Nancy the Director is amazing to work for. Her positive energy and passion for kids is evident in her work and her ability to build a fantastic team.

Cons

The new owners don't know what they are doing. There aren't hiring new teachers to help and they don't care about breaking licensing and being over ratio.

Parents were nice, children were sweet and smart.

Cons

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
