Pros
Corporate is awesome. They really want each franchised site to be the best in their demographic area. They give you all the tools you need to stand out and provide the children you serve the best possible education. Hands down the best franchised early educational program in the country.
Cons
Each center has different owners that run the school the way they want not necessarily the way corporate taught them to. Some schools state they are providing all the services that Kiddie Academy advertises, however in reality many are just putting on a show and providing the minimum they can get away with. If your owner is more concerned with making a profit then you will simply be working for an extremely expensive daycare pretending to be an educational facility.
