      Working with the children and seeing their faces light up while learning new tasks.

      Cons

      Management only see children as dollar signs. No room for advancement No pay raises. Understaffed and under paid.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
