      The only pro is being a positive influence in the child’s life

      Very low pay, not enough time to really teach with all the different requirements as far as schedule for the kids

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
