      Management Team work with time-off requests within reasonable time, and time restrictions. Also, they have company hosted parties and recognize outstanding employees.

      Cons

      Long working hours; training on Saturdays which is helpful for families and parents.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
