      Experiencing the growth of children day by day. Knowing they depend us on day by day and knowing the trust their parents have in you.

      Cons

      Dealing with situations when stare came to review the daycare. There were many times we got cited for simple things. After the write up, the problems were still not fixed.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
