      - only thing is some students and staff

      Cons

      No HR - Harassment when calling in sick - Clocking you out before you leave (illegal) - ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED - owner micromanages and doesn’t care about anything besides the money coming into her families pocket - Admin can’t do their jobs since they’re always covering classrooms.

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
