Terrible place to work - Caregiver Kiddie Academy Employee Review

Flexible time off and wonderful incentives.

Sometimes there is poor staffing arrangements.

Parents were nice, children were sweet and smart.

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
