      Pros

      Kiddie academy of fishers was such an amazing job. Learning how to have patience and working with kids was the greatest thing I could’ve asked for as that was my first job. I miss it dearly and wish the best for company and staff

      I honestly would probably say that having more understanding about family emergencies

      Flexibility with hours. Good food coming from the kitchen.

      Cons

      Management. Overly sensitive families. Un trained employees. VERY HIGH turn over. Pay is not worth the amount of pressure put on teachers.
