I have been working at Kiddie Academy for the past 12 years. In those 12 years, I have gained a second family. KIddie Academy has such a great work environment and has a wonderful family atmosphere. Everyday the teachers always have a smile on their face and are so warm, caring and friendly. They love the children as if they were their own. I couldn't imagine working any where else, as well as, bringing my son to any other school. I know he is going to gain all the knowledge he needs to start elementary school, as well as, have fun and make friends for life and receive all the love and care from his teachers.

Cons

Kiddie Academy is a great place to work and wonderful place to bring your children to have fun and learn at the same time.

The owners of kiddie academy of west Cary had a divide and concur mentality among their staff. Overrall most of the women working there were the most cattiness and cut throat people I’ve ever come across over a low paid, menial job. All we were doing was changing diapers, singing abcs and serving cookies and apples juice and the teachers would throw their coworkers under the bus for no good reason. The owners and directors expected staff to give their children special treatment. Very toxic environment.
