Pros
While I was there I met the most wonderful educators, children, and parents. Worked alongside very enthusiastic, caring educators. Programming was fun and engaging
Cons
internally, the company was very disorganized and bit off more than they can chew. the work environment across multiple centers was always rushed, stressed, and understaffed. It seemed impossible to separate work & life because of the constant stress I was under while working there. Employees often worked the job or had the responsibilities of multiple roles (with no pay increase or compensation), causing ambiguity, burn out, and hostility from upper management when not meeting unrealistic expectations. losing HR caused huge moral shifts that left employees feeling unheard of their concerns. ultimately, unhappy teachers and staff cause for a hit in programming and a higher turn around for employees.
