-poor organization -I was sent to multiple locations to work after I was hired at Lincoln Park -teachers were given very minimal training by other teachers who were not qualified to train -teachers were expected to teach themselves the curriculum and we often had to guess or add curriculum to our classes -the curriculum was designed for an older age group so I had to recreate the entire class when I worked with a very young group
