Pros
Most everyone works together and supports each other.
Cons
The company gives great benefits, but pay itself is lower then the average for what we do. And it really sucks when you work here for over ten years and find out you are making exactly what the new hired people are making to start. There really is no appreciation for longtime loyalty, and this place has such a high turn around, they really should give raises to their long time employees.
