NO BREAKS EVER, Staffing is so low you almost never have enough on the floor, infact sometimes sections such as NW and NE would fight over who they are pulling. Uppermanagement has no idea what goes on. they yell at you for anything and everything and yet when they don't have a solution to a problem they complain about your expected to somehow fix it and do their job for them. half the problems and crises caused at this place would be fixed of there was at least one more staff on the unit. its so bad we can't even take clients out to a safe room due to the lack of staffing.
