Pros
Seeing the one out of every 20 or so clients leave successfully and go on to live successfully. Also, I loved most of the people I worked with.
Cons
Poor upper management, lack of support at times when kids would go off and start acting violent, corporate seemed to have no idea what it was like to work in one of the houses, as none of their suggestions even came close to being effective in managing the clients.
