Pros
I met some genuinely people and learned a lot from them. Unfortunately, those people were the only positive part of the experience. Beyond that, there is nothing here that qualifies as a real benefit. Anyone who enjoys constant frustration, disrespect, and being taken advantage of should look elsewhere.
Cons
- Regret set in quickly after starting, making it clear this was a mistake from the beginning - Red flags are everywhere, from the shockingly high turnover to the constant instability - Leadership is arrogant and driven by greed, making reckless decisions to chase profit - Work-life balance is nonexistent due to unrealistic expectations and constant pressure - Last-minute priority changes regularly erase progress and create unnecessary chaos - Problems caused by poor decisions are blamed on employees - Hard work goes unrewarded and unnoticed, no matter performance or tenure - Employees are treated like numbers rather than people, making dedication feel pointless - Talented individuals leave quickly once the reality becomes impossible to ignore It is hard to understand how this company continues to operate, given how dysfunctional and exhausting the experience truly is
