The team at Kikoff is full of amazing and smart people, working on projects that actually help people who are financially struggling. The team moves fast and gets a lot of ambitious projects done, but unlike some startups work/life balance is prioritized and encouraged. As a small team it's also easy to get a lot of visibility into all areas of the company.

Cons

No real cons, but as a startup you need to be adaptable and willing to work on things that may be outside your comfort zone at first

-Fair compensation, reasonable work-life-balance, and good in-office perks -People at Kikoff are genuinely some of the nicest and smartest people I've ever worked with -Good growth opportunity for people looking to push the boundaries of their responsibility

Cons

-Company feels like a startup quickly growing up, with a lot of processes and guardrails being established. This can at times feel like culture is being changed/eroded. -Upper management is sometimes a little opaque about goals and directions, more transparency will allow everyone at the company to better align on prioritization.
