Pros

There are genuinely talented and committed employees who care deeply about doing good work and supporting one another. Their passion and efforts help keep things moving in a challenging environment.

Cons

The culture is highly top-down and can feel toxic. A small group of senior leaders hold most of the decision-making power, often leaving others out of key conversations and limiting autonomy. Leadership practices at the highest level sometimes rely on public criticism as a motivational tactic, which can feel demoralizing and isolating. Communication is often poor, and interactions with leadership can feel cold or dismissive. There were times I was asked to manage information in ways that felt ethically uncomfortable. I also observed public criticism of employees that crossed the line into personal and unprofessional behavior.

Pros

-Fair compensation, reasonable work-life-balance, and good in-office perks -People at Kikoff are genuinely some of the nicest and smartest people I've ever worked with -Good growth opportunity for people looking to push the boundaries of their responsibility

Cons

-Company feels like a startup quickly growing up, with a lot of processes and guardrails being established. This can at times feel like culture is being changed/eroded. -Upper management is sometimes a little opaque about goals and directions, more transparency will allow everyone at the company to better align on prioritization.
