They fired the CTO, who was one major problem (of many).
Cons
The CTO was not the only problem. The CEO has ask employees to write good glassdoor reviews to blame CTO. However, there are many other problems. Two example: hiring use a "bait-and-switch" method where candidates are told they are working on one product (credit building), but when they start, they are told to work on a less desirable product (predatory lending). hiding information about secondary sale of shares, valuation information and exit strategy. CEO will not honestly tell employees when there is a secondary liquidity event, so many employees missed out on opportunity to make some money from the shares.
