Pros

Lots of ex-Lime employees, which helps me fit in If you want to transition from one role to another, this place is great. Don't know what they're doing so it's easy to get a more prestigious title here. Work life balance is good! Nobody cares when I leave early and come in late.

Cons

Joined because of all the Lime people, including the ex-CTO who was Ex-Lime. Thought the incredible talent density would translate over to here, but actually, not at all. Trying to make a difference here as a product person but coming from software, it's not that easy. Leadership ego makes it hard to let you do anything you want to try, spend lots of time pitching ideas, getting shut down, and going in circles. Mission to help people's financial health but the Grant product is detrimental to people, see a lot of people in negative borrowing cycles. Kind of against my morals...

Pros

-Fair compensation, reasonable work-life-balance, and good in-office perks -People at Kikoff are genuinely some of the nicest and smartest people I've ever worked with -Good growth opportunity for people looking to push the boundaries of their responsibility

Cons

-Company feels like a startup quickly growing up, with a lot of processes and guardrails being established. This can at times feel like culture is being changed/eroded. -Upper management is sometimes a little opaque about goals and directions, more transparency will allow everyone at the company to better align on prioritization.

Smart ICs Fast-moving environment Good benefits

Cons

There was significant leadership politics, and several strong managers were managed out as a result.
