Pros

Great place to work if you have Kimbel in your name. Good health care plan. Otherwise, don't expect too much.

Cons

They reworked the way PTO works from 2020 to 2021 to exponentially benefit the higher ups who have been there longer and are in the Kimbel family. Security is next to none.

The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

Cons

Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
