Small teams allow for making good connections and you learn the business well working in so many areas

Cons

Doesn’t take Covid as serious as other big companies in the area. Still a lot of unvaccinated employees but they have incentives now for unvaccinated people who have waited this long to get vaccinated. Also pay could be higher for some office positions comparing to other companies in the area

The facilities, the staff, the work, the pay. It has all been good. I am glad I moved over to them.

Cons

Im reaching with this one but that you can't take the work truck home.
