      I found Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants to be a very flexible, open minded, and entrepreneurial organization. They are willing to explore new avenues and are focused on guest as well as employee satisfaction.

      Cons

      Branding seems to still be an uphill battle for the company. It seems at times that systems can vary greatly from one region to another.

      Good tips. Great scheduling. Easy work.

      Cons

      The managers aren't all that great. Some play favorites with the servers they want to hook up with. Many have big egos as they love to flex what little power they have in life over the servers.
