Pros

Kimpton has always been known for a work culture that is unique, and it isn't until you join that you know what it's really about. It starts from the top and thrives through every layer of the organization. It's about self leadership and growth, it's about taking care of each other while creating heartfelt connections with guests.

Cons

Being a boutique brand, systems and processes have to be created by each property based on their individual needs. There is a lot of support, but it's not an SOP driven environment which can be a challenge for some.

Good tips. Great scheduling. Easy work.

Cons

The managers aren't all that great. Some play favorites with the servers they want to hook up with. Many have big egos as they love to flex what little power they have in life over the servers.
