Pros

Employee rate is only $50 My coworkers and I were a close-knit team, I never dreaded going to work They have options for career development

Cons

Favoritism is rampant: my supervisor forged my signature, checked people into wrong rooms repetitively and had multiple complaints against him, but he was the GM's favorite never fired. Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism, Favoritism! No work-life balance: schedules were posted 3 days ahead of the week so it's impossible to plan anything in advance. They run on a skeleton crew so hourly staff is frequently working 6++ days in a row (I think the most I did was 13 in a row).

Pros

Boutique, sleek and stylish hotel group for hospitality professionals that want to explore finer dining without the intensity.

Cons

Long hours, carpal tunnel syndrome, potential breakfast shifts, inescapable conversations with hotel guests.

Pros

Good tips. Great scheduling. Easy work.

Cons

The managers aren't all that great. Some play favorites with the servers they want to hook up with. Many have big egos as they love to flex what little power they have in life over the servers.
