The guest are amazing the staff that are there are great, great location, beautiful history of the building
Cons
Management can do a lot better in encouraging their employees and promoting them more within the hotel to larger positions, training and development of employees is low you get basic training unless you have a superstar manager than wants to see you succeed but it’s few and far between.
