P&C has hidden agendas - Anonymous employee Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Employee Review

P&C (HR) is very biased, starting from the top at the regional position. If they don’t like you, you are gone. They create false narratives to the bosses and embellish writeups. They gossip with other properties about stuff they have no business discussing with certain employees and new hires. Feed you information that is wrong and try to push you out the door if they don’t like you (mostly males). Hotel GMs aren’t any better. Barely know what they are doing, yet micro manage other departments to feel important.
