Pay is standard for low-level entry jobs. Tend to have gym memberships and other perks.

Cons

The people who come to these places are the actually most entitled people on the planet, who always think that their money gets them anything. Management doesn't care about the rest of the team, picks favourites. Money, money, money attitude. HR actively bullies employees. Not supportive of neurodivergent individuals.

Good tips. Great scheduling. Easy work.

Cons

The managers aren't all that great. Some play favorites with the servers they want to hook up with. Many have big egos as they love to flex what little power they have in life over the servers.
