Lack of work-life balance, stressful, unhealthy work environment, lack of support from management, receiving “orders” instead of cooperative work, overworked and under-appreciated employees, hotel manager’s lack of people management skills and emotional intelligence makes it incredibly hard to find motivation to work at the hotel
