Cons
The front desk manager...is...horrible. She is always micromanaging, gossipping, crying, doing everything but her job. Because she doesn't know how. She is unhinged. She has quit many times and they keep rehiring her.

The managers aren't all that great. Some play favorites with the servers they want to hook up with. Many have big egos as they love to flex what little power they have in life over the servers.
