Unable to make decisions for your area all controlled at the President level. Co is stuck trying to recreate Stearns using same antiquated vendors and processes. Unable to utilize newer tech and processes. Underutilized their leaders by controlling all decisions at higher level. Benefits are costly. 401k match was very very low and no vesting until year 2. YE Bonuses weren’t paid according to agreements and what was paid was low and wasn’t given until July 2025 for the 2024 year,
