      Not very many Pros, mostly cons.

      Cons

      Awful Tech, No Follow Through, Can't Do Culture, Management would often "Change their mind" or not follow previously outlined plans, or conditions. Overall, once they started saying it doesn't make financial sense for us to fund this loan it was time to go.
