Below industry average for pay Incompetent management Nepotism Managers seem to be set on demeaning and trying to make their better employees look bad to take the spotlight off the fact that they have no clue or ambition to do their job; when usually that employee is more qualified to do their job. This is perpetuated by the fact that upper management is totally lacking in their job duties. It almost seems that they are " covering" each others backs.
