Pros
9/80 schedule Some great people to work with-unfortunately they tend to leave or be forced out Manager actually told me that they will force you out if they don't "like" you Okay for just starting your career but don't plan to have a future of growth-must wait for someone to leave a position and do God knows what to be selected-seriously Money is decent but not competitive Nice building Decent insurance Some cool smart people with morals
Cons
Nepotism at its finest-spouses, parents, children and siblings on the same floor Unprofessional-many lack social skills, emotional intelligence, morals, values and education Management does not stand for what's right and foster's an environment for insecure phonies to continue to create liabilities Cliquish, classless, backwoods thinking, ignorant, immature employees who aren't used having to anything who will do anything to hold on to their jobs so that they can continue to be lazy and mediocre. Obviously, they KNOW no other company will tolerate the bafoonery or mediocrity No growth unless you do unscrupulous things (pick your poison) Good ol boy network Not progressive Lazy liars Antiquated technology If you're uneducated and brown nose you can be promoted multiple times-seriously Management demonstrates lack of integrity Cursing and arguing on the floor in front of employees Management will blatantly lie (not bright and quite pathetic when dealing with an intelligent person) No culture appreciation, values or inclusion like other successful companies Tries to intimidate by using fear, lies and bogus accusations. It doesn't work on grounded people who aren't dependent on the company. Soulless...literally worse than most corporations Lack of accountability
