Pros
Decent Pay, the bottom rungs of the workforce is friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons
Where to start.... runs so slim that spreadsheets are still used for many tasks that have much better and efficient options out there. Actually had to purchase own or scrounge for office supplies. Bureaucracy runs so rampant that it seems that the company would step over a dollar to pick up a dime if it shows a profit to shareholders. Management culture when dealing with employees is to default to not trusting employees. Employees are responsible for travel expenses with a reimbursement from the company after completing an arduous and lengthy expense report. Replacement computers take weeks even if they are almost unusable and old (over 8 years old in my case.) Work/life balance can be an issue for some employees. Training is not a priority, it has been stated "we hire experience" by a member of upper management in reference to training. Company is not an industry leader in anything that isn't compliance driven like some of the companies that they acquired (don't go above and beyond what is required of them, yet they expect their employees to). Poor morale across numerous departments.
