Fantastic co-workers at the operations level.
Cons
Expectations often exceeded resources. Staying within budget seems to be the sole metric in which managers were evaluated, quality of work and condition of assets/program were secondary. Chronic man-power shortages in various positions/departments. Industry experience and common sense often overlooked in favor of excessive policies with little to no recourse for discussion or revision (common-sense is an uncommon virtue). Training and operator qualifications model resembled something from you would expect in a retail operation. Lack of adequate mentoring for newer employees. Expect a whole lot of micro-management regardless of position or title. Low morale in the trenches.
