Chronic man-power shortages in various positions/departments. Industry experience and common sense often overlooked in favor of excessive policies with little to no recourse for discussion or revision (common-sense is an uncommon virtue). Training and operator qualifications model resembled something from you would expect in a retail operation. Lack of adequate mentoring for newer employees. Expect a whole lot of micro-management regardless of position or title. Low morale in the trenches.
