Users say... "Kinder Morgan is large enough to provide good benefits while still small enough to avoid feeling like a number." "Good pay for most part but hard to get a raise or title change unless you are a brown noser" "Some good people in management and they are more understanding." "Good job security" "very good work environment" 

Users say... "Not much growth poor management" "Upper management is cheap." "Long hours and lots of labor" "Supervisors and Managers have little voice in decisions even though they work with and are more familiar with their employees." "There is no training program even though they say there is one."
