Bottom line: The C.O.O. needs to be replaced and the leadership needs to tell the employees the truth: come to work on time, do your job, don't get hurt, and we'll pay you. Don't make promises you can't keep or intend to keep for that matter. The organization is extremely silo'd and everyone has their own kingdoms. I'm surprised the company is as profitable as it is with all the in-fighting that occurs on a regular basis. The talent pool is horrendous and nobody wants to hold anyone accountable for their actions consistently.
