      Stable company with good benefits.

      Cons

      Does not pay at the higher end of salary ranges and raises are always under 3%. Raises are more of an adjustment of living. Also, it is required to work overtime even if tasks are completed.

      The management is terrible, and they’re selective when it comes to taking disciplinary action. Promotions are based on who you know, not on your skills or knowledge.
