Pros
Little kids, although you could make more as a nanny and have more fun. The lesson plans would work if there was enough support. It's not KinderCare's fault- the early education system for daycare needs to be reformed, the teacher-student ratios are not realistic.
Cons
Almost everything. The pay isn't great, the teachers are overloaded. The profit margin clearly comes first with these people and not the kids.
