We're sorry to hear that your experience isn't meeting your expectations. We've had a lot of growth over the last year, including growing our management team to make sure our teams have the coaching and support they need to be successful. With that growth we've also focused on company culture, adding a monthly All-Hands meeting to improve communication and celebrate successes, implemented a more generous PTO policy, improved our benefits, and created a peer-nominated Core Values Award to recognize and appreciate our employees.
