Kind people, reasonable pay, supportive of employees for the most part
Cons
No company culture to speak of. Work hours can be very heavy depending on your role. Uninteresting work. Very dependent on two clients. Not progressive. Morale has decreased a lot in the last few years and is particularly bad lately after major changes in management.
