Pros

The ability to work in Sport where you are able to work with some of thee most elite athletes in the world is a dream job. The team mentality, competitive nature, and growing company has so much upside. Kinexon also enables us to compete along side our coworkers in various co-ed leagues (Soccer, Basketball, etc).

Cons

Benefit, and Snack package.

- structure own time - great work life balance - phenomenal, smart colleauges - everyone is nice + ambitious

- start-up life not for everyone - growth opportunities because of that

The flexibility to drive new concepts and creative ways to connect with prospective users is great. A lot of moving parts but it’s nice to have buy-in from superiors to try new ideas

Cons

You need to make a conscious effort to connect with team members due to a predominantly remote work environment
