Cons
Owner is a strange individual. He only cares about himself and knows nothing about the 145 business. The problem is he thinks he does and forces his subordinates to go down the wrong path which shows in the companies revenue and poor performance. The culture is like being in the 1960's. It is impossible to enjoy your job. The paint manager gets away with murder. I remember when he had an inappropriate, sexual relationship with a married female employee. He was caught in his office with this employee and absolutely nothing happened. The employee quit and the owner did nothing to him. At minimum, he should have been fire. He must be the owner's son or something. The place is corrupt!
