I think its a decent place to work, and we have great lower level people, but after seeing what I just saw, I'm not so sure now. Very upset with how I saw a direct hire manager treated. The man hired on as a direct with the understanding right up front he would be gone most of August to deal with medical problems with his wife overseas. He comes back and his first day back, they let him go. No severence pay or anything. Treated him just like a contractor to save money. The man just moved up here to take the job, and he had a job before coming here. I'm speachless as to how this was done and he was a great man to be around as well as he cared. I have no faith now in this company and will start looking myself because the "Cornerstone principals" are only used when convenient. Very sad day here.
