Pros
The owner owns quite a few weapons, likes to swing them around during discussions. Only scary part of the flinging of the weapon is the safety on or off. Employees that leave are treated as losers and not hard workers which is not true. The berating of women and how they dress is beyond comprehension.
Cons
Gun's, threats, instant firings, folks that give notice are told to leave or work from home. Even if you avoid the family you will get twisted into a issue, there is no escape. People are hired and tell employees what they are making and it's crazy. Usually those high paid people are 1-2 months. Can not keep a executive admin est 50+ in 30 years careers shot. One did get him for discrimnation but most just leave and are relieved. HR is another area I feel bad, some good ones have some through, I estimate 10 in 5 years, some stay 3 months some stay 2 months, one stayed less than a week and ran back to the former employer, something happened but everyone is hush hush.
