Pros

There are so many great people within the company, that are supportive and helpful when needing to collaborate with.

Cons

I worked in a small team where one of the managers had no idea what they were doing. Constantly providing incorrect information, not assisting their team, making a simple task more complicated than needed.

Pros

I have truly enjoyed my time at King Living so far. The company genuinely cares about its employees, offering competitive wages and benefits. I also love the furniture I sell—it brings something fresh and innovative to the Chicago market. I get excited to showcase our products to clients and always enjoy seeing their reactions. Our team of design consultants has been carefully selected to embody the best qualities of King. With a diverse range of skills, we create a strong team that offers expertise across various aspects of design and functionality.

Cons

The main challenge is that, since our home office is based in Australia, communication can sometimes be difficult from the U.S.

Pros

you days off are set, no rotating schedule.

Cons

Annual raises are capped at 3%. They track hours from an excel sheet, so time accuracy is poor. Lack of clear expectations and structured feedback. Poor management practices, with a lack of guidance and support from leadership. Excessive overtime with unclear prioritization and workload expectations.
