      Good atmosphere for fresh grads, great people to work with, know how to have fun

      No drive, just work, no tight deadlines, too easy, no stretching environment, lack of growth opportunities, no training given

      Some nice people Decent pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.
