Pros
A good place to work at if you want to get your feet wet to gain experience to move on elsewhere.
Cons
High stress, no room to move up unless you are from the EU, upper management is difficult to deal with, you'll be told countless times how to operate with s.o.p's to be followed and still will break everyone of these operating procedures to accommodate a customer who kicks up a fuss. The pay is mediocre at best unless you are in upper management or sales.
