Pros
World leading brand, great people, good culture, good to have on the CV. Autonomy within your own role. Good working hours.
Cons
Training leaves a lot to be desired. This is great when you first start because you get thrown straight in which helps you learn a lot early on. However, the products Kingspan sell require a lot of technical knowledge and the lack of technical assistance is laughable sometimes and leaves you feeling lost when trying to satisfy customer expectations. Unorganised to the point that you question how such a global brand has made it so far. Also, the salary for what you're expected to do is a joke. lastly, no real assistance in helping staff progress and utilise their skills better in other departments.
